| Losing more than 50 pounds (22 kilograms) has been an enormous accomplishment that has completely changed my life in many ways. People that haven’t seen me in a while don’t even recognize me, and many ask me, «What is your secret diet?» or “What do you do to stay in good shape? |
| I wrote about this long journey in one of my recent publications: «¡Muy Saludable!» (that’s Spanish for “Very Healthy!”). I do not endorse any diet in particular nor I give any specific health advice because I am not an expert in these matters; however, I do share my personal experience with my readers. My experience is just that; it may not be the same for others, but I hope it can encourage you to take the necessary steps to take control of your life. «Muy Saludable» is a testimony of how God has helped me to take control of my life and how He has taught me to live in a healthy way. |
| Obesity is a major problem in today’s society and Christians are not immune to it! I do believe that God does care about this and that He wants to help us deal with it. In this publication, I share my story and how God helped me through some difficult times in my life. With His help, I’ve been able to identify many problems in my life. He has given me the courage to live in a manner that glorifies Him, not only in the spiritual sense but also in the way I conduct my life and how I treat my body. |

| The benefits of this transformation have been much more than physical ones; they have been spiritual as well. Not only I look different now, but I also feel different; and by that I mean “healthy!” This journey hasn’t been an easy one, but God has been with me every step of the way. I’m not going to complain! |

If you are struggling with obesity, or have some health issues, I have good news for you: God cares very much about you! God wants to help you and guide you in the path of a healthy life-style. The process takes time and a lot of effort on your part, and the results are not instantly; but with His help you can do it!
